An updated and modernised branded video to provide
a fresh story and engage staff as part of a new recruitment process.
THE BRIEF
Imperial London asked us to create a brand awareness video that encouraged more staff to work at their hotels. We understood that this video would therefore need to connect with the audience on a personal level, but also still have a breadth to it that many different people could connect with.
Imperial London wanted to effectively communicate their four new core values: personable, centric, collaborative, and unique.
THE PRODUCTION
We shot visuals of a staff member (actor) performing duties within Imperial London hotels to illustrate points of the message and capture the essence of their new core values.
We also recorded a separate and scripted voiceover to drive this new narrative home which communicated that Imperial London genuinely cares about employees and a new approach to hotel staff, one with a healthy work-life balance.
The newly captured 4k footage and narrative voiceover were then edited with archive footage to bring the old and new together in order to celebrate their over 200 years of history.
