Magpas Air Ambulance to encourage future support from stakeholders.

THE BRIEF

Magpas were looking for a video that captured the importance of the work they do. They wanted something that they could share with supporters and future stakeholders that explains the importance of keeping charities and organisations like them supported through donations.

THE PRODUCTION

We used every tool at our disposal to ensure we fully illustrated the importance of the work Magpas does. 

We included interviews with key staff from Pilots to critical care Paramedics and Magpas CEO Daryl Brown. Interviews were also conducted with civilians who benefited from Magpas Air Ambulance. 

High-end b-roll and dramatised scene re-enactments were also vital to safely convey the critical care that Magpas administers on a daily basis. This included footage of the team receiving an emergency call, kitting up, taking off and landing in their helicopter and administering critical care to a dummy. 

2D animation was also utilised for a section of this video. This decision was made to retain the audience’s engagement and provide a visual representation of the areas Magpas covers and just how many people they care for.  

All of this was then wrapped up and supported by an emotive soundtrack and professional voiceover which was key to conveying a story that moved from topic to topic coherently.
