Website product videos for a lifestyle company’s bedding
range to appeal to customers as part of their purchasing decision.
THE BRIEF
To deliver 41 Product Videos filmed & edited with 14 further videos to be tweaked for UK-specific release, totalling 55 videos. The videos needed to advertise each product in a real-world setting to assist a customer in their purchasing journey. All videos had to be optimised to feature on the client’s website.
THE PRODUCTION
We decided that having a furnished room, as opposed to a white background, was the most attractive option and the most likely to appeal to customers when watching as part of their purchasing decision. To achieve this we set up filming in a house location rather than a studio. This saved time and money as it meant that we didn’t need to completely construct a bedroom setting from scratch.
We filmed over 6 days and rotated different products with settings and props to ensure nothing felt the same. We added motion graphic text prompts to highlight key features and selling points and all editing was handled in-house to ensure continuity across all 55 videos.
